Policy regarding orders place online
1) Temple and Grace Limited own the products available on the website. Products held in stock are dispatched the same or next working day. However, custom orders make take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order, we reserve the right to cancel the same. In this event, we shall notify the customer, who will then have the right to alter or cancel the order placed.
2) Once an order has been placed and the payment has been fulfilled, the customer accepts responsibility and understands that they have committed to the purchase of the order/s placed. Reversal or change of an order will only be accepted if you (the customer) contact us within 24 hours for consideration of circumstance.
3) Temple and Grace Limited reserve the right to refuse and cancel an order in the event of an error on the store’s website.
Product accuracy
Whilst every care has been taken to describe products as accurately as possible, there may be slight variations owing to the fact that every piece is handmade and hence unique. The colours of precious metal may vary slightly from those seen on your screen as screen brightness, density and depth of your screen may vary from the actual product. All precious stones used by Temple and Grace are natural stones which may naturally vary in colour and shade.
Product pricing and cancellations
Temple and Grace reserve the right to change prices, conduct or cancel sales at any time. However, in such an event, we will endeavour to make every effort to contact the customer immediately.
Payments to Temple and Grace
Kindly note that Temple and Grace Limited is an New Zealand company and all payments are made in New Zealand dollars. Payments to Temple and Grace Limited are made via PayPal which is a secure third party payment gateway. We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa and MasterCards. You may also make payments via a direct bank transfer in our account. Please call or email us if you would like to proceed with this option.
Product returns
Temple and Grace offer a complete satisfaction guarantee. We offer free returns on all the jewellery we have in stock. However, if you would like to customise a piece of jewellery, we will consider that order to be a final sale. If in the event that you are not happy with the product delivered we will accept returns but will deduct 15% of the order value. This is because we will have to melt the precious metal back into original form and hold the precious stones in our stock.
Product faults
Temple and Grace are Sydney based jewellery makers. All the jewellery you see online is handmade and photographed by us directly at our studio. Every care is taken to ensure that our jewellery is made to the highest New Zealand standards. However, if for any reason you feel that a product is faulty, please call or email us. The jewellery will be checked by us and if it is considered faulty, we will gladly repair or replace the faulty product delivered.
Kindly note that general wear and tear that may occur during the course of normal use is not considered as a fault. We request that you treat your piece of jewellery with the same love and care with which it was made :)
Wrong Size
Ordered the wrong ring size? At Temple and Grace we will do everything we can to assist you and have this corrected at no extra cost. We’re human too and we understand that mistakes can happen. Simply call or email us and we will have this sorted for you.
Product delivery and shipping
All Temple and Grace jewellery is fully insured and dispatched via New Zealand post and DHL (for international orders). Kindly note that Temple and Grace Limited is not responsible for any international duty, import or customs charges you may incur for your order placed from an international destination. Should you need any information or help with placing an order from an international destination, please call us and we will be happy to be of help.
Errors in pricing
At Temple and Grace, we take utmost care in pricing our products correctly. However, in the rare instance that a product is incorrectly priced, we will contact and advise you (the client) about the same. We apologise, but we will not be able to honour delivery of orders placed for any product/s that may have been incorrectly priced by a member of our team.
