Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: At Temple and Grace we believe in making online jewellery shopping quick, easy and convenient. With this in mind we accept a number of payment methods including debit/credit cards, paypal and Temple and Grace gift cards. We also accept payments via bank transfer and cash. Q: How can I return my purchase for an exchange or refund?
A: Being Sydney and Auckland based fine jewellery makers means that we pay attention to the minutest detail. However, in the rare occasion that you don’t love what we hand-make for you, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or a refund. All we ask is that you return the piece of jewellery in it’s original packaging within 15 days of purchase. For customised jewellery we offer a 85% refund. Read our full returns policy here.

A: We are available from Wednesday to Sunday: 10:00am to 6:00pm at our Auckland boutique. Please call us on (09) 802 2109 to arrange an appointment during which we can show you our sparkling collection and understand your requirements to customise a piece for you.

A: Yes. We can visit you at you office in any city in New Zealand at a mutually convenient date and time. At Temple and Grace we love customising jewellery. If you have a design in mind or would like us to design something special for you simply call us to discuss your requirements. Q: Can you adjust my ring or bracelet?
A: Yes. We offer free size adjustments for a lifetime on all Temple and Grace jewellery pieces, for metals that allow for re-sizing. To take advantage of this complimentary service, simply call us and we will be happy to be of help. However, please note that titanium, tantalum, zirconium, meteorite, dinosaur bone, carbon fibre and elysium rings cannot be resized, as the nature of these metals, do not allow for re-sizing.
Q: Can I get a written valuation of my purchase from Temple and grace in order to insure my goods?
A: Yes. We can provide you with a complete valuation guide which includes all the details and value of the jewellery purchased. This valuations report will help you insure your jewellery against theft and damage.
A: Being jewellery-makers ourselves means that we can do more than what most jewellery retailers do. While we can engrave most jewellery pieces, please be aware that some items may be unsuitable for engraving.
